As a Client Success Manager you’ll build deep relationships with clients to ensure overall client satisfaction, drive client retention, and explore opportunities for client expansion. This individual will be high-energy, outgoing, and technically curious to proactively engage our existing clients in meaningful ways and build lasting rapport.
Responsibilities
Client Success Management
Initiates and proactively engages in outbound e-mail outreach with clients daily (20 emails/day)
Attends Daily Standup meetings with existing clients, documents detailed meeting notes, and drives action items
Asks curious and probing technical questions to uncover additional business needs and business challenges
Goes above and beyond to build relationship capital with Clients to generate business referrals
Handles ambiguity and pressure to deescalate client situations, solve problems, and bring resolution to clients
Generates creative ideas and takes action to create deep relationships and better overall Client Satisfaction
Uncovers unique and creative ways to add value and exceed expectations to drive Client Retention
Outgoing and dynamic at uncovering new client contacts and new opportunities for Client Expansion
Fearless and tenacious at uncovering new business opportunities, clients, and partnerships
Operations & Project Delivery
Ardently assists in preparing SOW, MSA, RFP, contracts and required documents for clients
Actively participates in the Power BI community, extends invites to the PBI Meetup, and is outgoing in networking at events
Tracks and updates project milestone documentation and facilitates weekly project status meetings
Carefully monitors inbound Daily Status e-mails on a daily basis to oversee progress of projects
Attends Daily Tracker meetings and is helpful in planning and coordinating internal activities needed
Passionately engages company LinkedIn content, shares industry related content, and leverage the platform to generate brand awareness
Requirements
3+ years’ experience in a Client Success Management, Account Executive, Business Development, Sales, or similar role
Seeking entrepreneurial minded candidates who can deal with ambiguity and the changing demands of a tech startup
Seeking technically curious and outgoing candidates who can engage with clients, identify needs, and solve complex problems under tight deadlines
Seeking a high-level of emotional intelligence and can navigate complex situation and navigate demanding stakeholders
Local candidates are preferred who can actively attend Power BI Meetups, data-driven events, and Fulton company outings
This is remote position and will work and collaborate from our virtual office on Microsoft Teams
This is role includes a base pay along with a competitive bonus and commission package
