As a Manager Data Transformation you’ll be engaging with all parts of our business at Fulton Analytics. You’ll leverage your data-driven mindset and your passion for people in a multi-faceted role. The Manager Data Transformation will engage with our clients on their data innovation journey, and provide technical expertise and top-tier client support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and proactive engage in technical discovery, technical road-mapping, and technical delivery with existing Clients

  • Manage and overall client experience for the full project lifecycle and ensure successful delivery of projects

  • Lead and support overall project delivery across a portfolio of 20-30 clients which includes (a) facilitating project kickoff (b) ensure proper project documentation (c) monitor project milestones (d) final deliver and handoff of project

  • Lead and champion the creation and review of statement of work (SOW), proposals, and overall project scoping

  • Manage our client success markers while creating systems and processes to (a) ensure client satisfaction (b) drive client retention (c) facilitate client expansion (d) generate client referrals

  • Lead technical oversight, floating support, solutioning as needed across Fabric, Azure, Power BI, SQL Power Platform

  • Regularly travel on-site client sites to lead face-to-face assist with business/technical discovery and visioning sessions

  • Help facilitate Data Strategy Sessions, document client requirements, and assist with technical documentation

  • Assist in sales development, digital marketing, and social media outreach by LinkedIn outreach, e-mail prospecting, and setting appointments with prospective clients

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience business development, client success manager, account management, technical project management

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field/discipline preferred

  • Candidates must be local to Minnesota, have a valid drivers license, and be able to attend in-person events/client visits

  • This is a remote position working from a Microsoft Teams virtual office space

  • Compensation: this is a salaried position with a quarterly bonus, performance bonus, and sales commission
