Life Link III and Fulton Analytics teamed up in 2020 to explore a data reporting/dashboard solution that would also automate the data ingestion/cleanup from multiple data sources including EMS Charts, Zoll, Flight Vector, and various IoT devices.

After building a small proof-of-concept, the two organizations collaborated to build a custom Critical Insights solution that was designed specifically for EMS professionals. This custom solution was able to deliver reporting and insights such as:

Heat-map for forecasting for peak-times and analysis of busy seasons
Analysis of run volumes sorted by call type, flight base, crew and aircraft
Insights for staffing flight bases and overall crew performance
Shorten the training and streamline ramp-up time for new clinicians

Life Link III collaborated with the Fulton Analytics team to validate the data accuracy, automate data cleansing, and uncover processes that led to inconsistent data quality. This groundwork helped reduce manual data-wrangling efforts with Excel and increased data-driven decisions across the organization.
